This Privacy Policy describes how the Conditional Pricing app („App”), developed by Web Vision („we”, „us”, „our”), handles information when installed on your Shopify store.
1. Data We Access
The App requests the following Shopify API scope: write_discounts. This scope is used solely to create and manage automatic discount rules based on cart contents. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your store’s customers.
2. How We Use Data
The App uses Shopify Functions to evaluate cart contents in real time and apply conditional pricing rules. All processing happens within Shopify’s infrastructure. We do not store any cart data, customer data, or order data on our servers.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. No customer personal information is collected or processed by our systems.
4. Data Retention
Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no data retention policy applicable to end customers. App configuration data (discount rules) is stored within Shopify’s systems and subject to Shopify’s data retention policies.
5. Your Rights
As a merchant using this App, you may uninstall it at any time from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, all associated discount rules created by the App will be removed from your store.
6. Compliance Webhooks
The App complies with Shopify’s mandatory data protection webhooks, including customer data request, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure endpoints. Since no personal data is stored, these requests are acknowledged and confirmed immediately.
